These terms are an agreement between you and BLESSEDTRADITION UNIPESSOAL LDA, a company registered in Lisbon, Portugal and the operator of AssignDock. By creating an account or using AssignDock you accept them. If you are signing up on behalf of an agency or company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
AssignDock is management software for freelance agencies. It can automatically create orders from the Fiverr order-notification emails you forward to it, assign work to your team, and track orders, payroll, ratings, leave and client delivery. We continually improve the product, and features may change over time.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite into your workspace. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial of the full product; no payment method is required to try it. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices shown at checkout (indicative pricing is listed on our pricing section). You can cancel at any time; your plan then runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Everything your agency puts into AssignDock — orders, client details, team records, files — remains yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host and process that content to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You are responsible for having the right to submit the content you and your forwarded emails bring into the platform.
AssignDock is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Fiverr or Upwork. Auto-import works only on emails you choose to forward; we never access your marketplace accounts. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of any marketplace you sell on.
We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
We work to keep AssignDockavailable around the clock, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may cause interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLESSEDTRADITION UNIPESSOAL LDA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as limitations of liability) survive termination.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will give notice inside the product or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BLESSEDTRADITION UNIPESSOAL LDA is registered, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law of your country of residence grants you mandatory protections that apply regardless.
