AssignDock (“we”, “us”) is a product of BLESSEDTRADITION UNIPESSOAL LDA. This policy explains what data we collect when you use AssignDock, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at [email protected].

What we collect

• Account details— your name, email address and password (stored only as a salted hash), plus your agency’s name and workspace settings.
• Forwarded order emails — if you enable auto-import, the Fiverr order-notification emails you choose to forward to your private AssignDock address. We read the buyer requirements in those emails (business name, address, keywords, deadline and similar fields) to create orders in your workspace.
• Workspace content — the orders, team members, payroll records, ratings, leave records and messages your agency creates inside the product.
• Usage and technical data — log data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the service running.

What we never collect

AssignDock never asks for, receives or stores your Fiverr or Upwork password, and never logs into your Fiverr or Upwork account. Auto-import works only on the notification emails you decide to forward.

How we use your data

• To provide the service: importing orders, assigning work, calculating payroll.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse and debug problems.
• To send service emails such as order notifications and billing receipts.
• To improve the product using aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored with vetted infrastructure providers: our database and file storage run on Supabase, the site is served through Hostinger and Cloudflare, and inbound order emails are processed through Google’s email infrastructure. These providers act as processors on our behalf.

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage to remember interface preferences such as the theme. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your workspace is active. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify your workspace data within 30 days, except where we must keep records (such as invoices) to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are in a region with data-protection laws such as the GDPR, these rights are backed by law and we honour them regardless of where you live.

Children

AssignDock is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update this page and note the new date above. Continued use of AssignDock after a change means you accept the updated policy.
