The reason most Fiverr agencies stay small is trust: to get help with orders, the owner has to hand out the one login that holds the client list, the message history and the money. AssignDock exists so you never have to do that. This page explains exactly what we can see, what we can’t, and what each person on your team can see.
This is also why AssignDock is safe from a terms-of-service standpoint: Fiverr’s own security guidance says your password should never be shared with anyone. With AssignDock, it never is — not with us, and not with your team.
Auto-import works from one Gmail forwarding rule that you create and control. When a Fiverr order-notification email arrives, AssignDock reads the buyer requirements inside it — business name, address, website, keywords, deadline, package and similar fields — and turns them into a ready-to-work order. Delete the forwarding rule and the flow stops instantly. You can see everything we hold at any time inside your workspace.
Every person signs into their own AssignDock account with their own password. Access is role-based, and the owner can tune the permission matrix per role from the dashboard.
| Can they see… | Worker | Manager | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Their own assigned orders | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| All orders across the agency | No | Yes | Yes |
| Your Fiverr inbox or buyer messages | No | No | No |
| Your full client list | No | Yes | Yes |
| Their own pay statements | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Everyone’s payroll | No | No | Yes |
| Billing and subscription | No | No | Yes |
The row that matters most: nobody — not even the owner — reads Fiverr messages through AssignDock, because AssignDock is never connected to your Fiverr account in the first place.
No. AssignDock never asks for, receives or stores your Fiverr password, and never logs into your Fiverr account. It works entirely from the order-notification emails you choose to forward to your private AssignDock address.
No. Your team members never touch Fiverr at all. Each worker signs into their own AssignDock account and sees only the orders assigned to them — not your Fiverr inbox, not your buyer list, and not other workers' orders.
No. Workers see only their own assignments and their own pay statements. Payroll across the team is visible only to the owner and the roles you explicitly grant.
You deactivate their AssignDock login and their access ends immediately. Because they never had your Fiverr credentials, there is no password to rotate and no session of theirs inside your Fiverr account to worry about.
Your workspace data is stored with vetted infrastructure providers — the database and file storage run on Supabase, and the site is served through Hostinger and Cloudflare. Passwords for AssignDock itself are stored only as salted hashes.
